Our family discovered this area 13 years ago when dear friends invited us to experience their mountain home. Their hospitality left a lasting impact, and we dreamed that one day we’d have a place of our own to share this same joy with others. That dream became a reality here at Rose Creek—and we’re thrilled to welcome you into it.

Rose Creek Campgrounds and Cabins has been nicknamed a “Franklin Hidden Treasure,” as it is nestled in a serene valley, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and landscapes. It’s just 5 miles from downtown Franklin, which is known as the quintessential “Small Town USA.” Franklin offers a warm, community spirit along with a variety of great restaurants, gem mines, breweries, museums, theaters, a fun factory…and Walmart conveniently located for shopping essentials!

We’re Pete and Emily, along with our three daughters—a family that cherishes people, the outdoors, and the joy of gathering. Rose Creek Campground allows us to live out our passion for creating welcoming spaces in one of the most breathtaking settings in Western North Carolina.
